Born in New Zealand, Alexander now lives in Marin County California.  He graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS in Management Information Systems (MIS) with a focus on International Business.  Alexander has worked for several leading energy, entertainment, technology, and financial companies including JPMorgan Chase, Compucom Systems, Industrial Light and Magic, IBM, and Hambrecht and Quist.  He is a MCSE and is ITIL and TOGAF certified.

Alexander Price most recently served as an Enterprise Architect working for Mighty River Power one of New Zealand’s leading power companies. Before that he was a Vice President of Technology for the Asset Management business at JPMorgan Chase. His focus was serving as a co chair for the Architecture Standards group and the development and implementation of an enterprise architecture organization.

In his previous roles he has served the bank as an application integration engineer responsible for the development of a common global QA environment. He has also served as a technology business operations manager, regional desktop operations manager, problem and change manager, project manager, business analyst and desktop systems integrator.

He also runs Irwin Holmes, a technology consulting company for individuals and small businesses in Marin County.  He serves as director and coach for the Branson High School Mountain Bike Team and is a board member of the Marin County Bicycle Coalition. Alexander is a passionate businessman, sailor and mountain biker.

When not in the office you can find him with his family or on his bike somewhere in Marin.
